Check Fabric
Before cutting fabric for mass production, we always verify fabric quality first. In this process, we assess the stretch recovery, moisture-wicking properties, and overall material quality to prevent any performance issues. We will also conduct pre-shrink treatment to minimize shrinkage problems after washing.
Bulk Order
After receiving approval from you, we will start mass production and ensure the bulk order quality matches exactly the same performance and fit as the sample or even better. We will refund your payment in case of any quality issues with stretch, seams, or fabric.
Make Samples
Before mass production, we will create samples to demonstrate our quality and craftsmanship. And we will also send sample photos or videos before shipping so you can preview the fit, stretch, and construction. This way you can have a clear understanding of what you will receive first.
Check Printing & Label
If there are prints or labels on the yoga wear, we will inspect printing clarity and embroidery precision one by one to ensure they are of perfect quality and will withstand repeated washing and stretching before final assembly.
Check Sizes
After sewing, to ensure that the sizes of the activewear will match the size chart, our QC team will measure critical parts of the garments including the waistband stretch, inseam length, chest width, or even the compression level and etc.
Cut Thread
Before packing, we will remove extra threads outside and inside of every piece. Ensure the whole yoga garment looks clean and professional.

STEP 1
Pattern Making
We will create precise patterns based on your design specifications and sizing requirements. Our experienced pattern makers develop technical patterns with proper seam allowances and boning placement for optimal fit and structure.

Cutting
We will order fabric from fabric suppliers and then do pre-shrink & quality checking when we receive fabric. After that is cutting the fabric into pattern pieces.

STEP 3
Sewing
When all components (such as fabric panels, boning, hardware, and accessories) are ready, we arrange assembly. Pattern pieces are sewn together with steel bones carefully inserted according to the design.

STEP 4
Final Thread Trimming
Before packing, we conduct a final check and cut any remaining thread outside and inside of each corset to ensure perfection.

STEP 5
Quality Control
After corsets are constructed, our QC team inspects each piece (including fabric quality, stitching, boning placement, hardware & workmanship) one by one and removes any extra threads.

Ironing
Steam pressing is one of the most important steps to bring the finished corsets to a professional, polished appearance.

Packing
Each corset is carefully folded into plastic bags, and after that, they will be packed into one carton with protective packaging.

Shipping
